Contract and Survey
Much effort has gone into properly and thoroughly filling out the real estate contract. We have had much help from a local real estate company which greatly aided us in our effort to get it done. We still have some final documents to get together before we are going to be meeting with Mr. Shelley.
This Saturday, July 11, the task force will be meeting at 1:30 at LBC. We will finalize the contract we are going to present to Mr. Shelley. We will also be welcoming three additional members to the team; Patrick Hayes, Joel Usher and Mitch Martin. All three of these men have experience in construction on the commercial level. The task force is comprised of Pastor, Brad Hance, Patrick Hawkins, Ed Muniz, Gerry Dalton, Ed Mueck and the three additional men. I am sure this group will change over time as we call on others who will help us make wise decisions for the church.
We are in the process of working with Mark Austin (Austin Civil Engineering) and Fred Ballard (surveyor). Fred will be doing our survey and Mark will be helping us with the site plan. Fred has done work for us in the past and he does a great job for us. We will keep you informed as to what is happening once the survey is completed.
All the paperwork is in our hands for the re-zone. That task takes 3-6 months and we are going to try and finish it up as soon as we can. If you have any experience in this area, please make your services known to Ed Mueck.
