How our church started

In May of 2001 Landmark Baptist Church met for the first time in a small room where twenty of us gathered. Since that time our church has grown to an average Sunday morning attendance of 280. Our high for 2007 was 396.
Landmark started with not a chair, hymnal or offering plate. God has seen fit to bless this church both with souls and material tools to get the work done here in Grand Junction. We run two Sunday school buses. Each Sunday morning 22 Sunday school classes gather to be taught the Bible. Many countless people have been saved and baptized here during these 7 short years.
Landmark Baptist School was started for the purpose of training young people in an environment where the Bible is uplifted not filtered out. Our church has seen steady consistent growth in its people. Many other ministries have been started and blessed as God has seen fit to bring the increase.
